     BUYER TRANSACTION FEE

$5,000 and below = 15% with a minimum transaction fee of $75.

$5,001 to $10,000 = 10%, with a minimum transaction fee of $750

$10,001 to $50,000 = 4.75%, with a minimum transaction fee of $1,000

$50,001 and above = $2,500

  NOTICES & RESTRICTIONS

By submitting a bid, the buyer understands that the details are provided as best to our ability.  The buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect and evaluate the item before submitting bid.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to verify the current condition of the item prior to bidding.

All items are sold “AS IS – WHERE IS” with no exceptions and with no refunds.  Equipment Bidding makes no expressed or implied warranties as to condition, fitness for purpose, value, operation, or performance of any kind whatsoever with respect to the sale of any item.  Equipment Bidding will not be responsible for the storage, safety or security of any item once released to the buyer. 

After the lot closes, the Seller will decide either to accept or reject the high offer.   A Seller award decision is expected within ~10 business days of the close date and you will be notified with instructions.

Condition of Sale – By purchasing this equipment this sale is on an as-is, where-is, all faults basis.  There are no warranties, express or implied, of any nature.  The seller and Equipment Bidding, completely disclaim and successful bidder waives any liability in tort or warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.  The successful bidder bears all risks regarding the condition, usability, workability and operability of the item purchased.  The successful bidder agrees that it will comply with all state and federal regulations regarding transporting, handling, sale, disposal or any use whatsoever of the purchased item and will indemnify the seller and its insurers from any claims, damages, expenses, legal fees or fines sought by any third party in connection with the transporting, sale, disposal or use of the item once it is purchased.  The successful bidder releases Equipment Bidding, Inc., the broker, the seller, the consignor, as well as the storage facility, the landlord, or tenant, where the sold item may be stored, from any and all claims, or lawsuits by the undersigned relating in any manner to the referenced purchased item.  The successful bidder disclaims, waives and agrees to save and hold harmless, and to defend those on whose behalf this release is issued from any and all actions, claims, or lawsuits that may arise as a result of the purchase by the successful bidder.  This release, disclaimer, waiver and agreement to save, hold harmless and defend, is also intended to bind the purchaser's successors, spouse, children, heirs, and business associates.

   PAYMENT DETAILS

  • Within 10 days after bid award, the buyer must submit full payment, including applicable taxes and fees
  • Payment can be made by wire transfer (recommended).  
  • All bids are binding and cannot be retracted. 
  • Buyer is responsible to contact and make arrangements with the storage facility for pickup within 15 business days of the Buyer Award.

  PICKUP TERMS

Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away the attempt of your driver to pick up the purchased item(s).
Hours: Buyer must contact location at least 24 hours prior to arrival to make load out
Buyer must contact storage facility to make arrangements for pickup. 
Driver MUST bring a copy of Item Release.
